The EBA Logistics Working Group was established in October 2006 following merging the EBA Transport & Customs Committee and EBA Exporters/Importers & Food Committee into the EBA Exporters & importers Committee. The EBA Logistics Working Group addresses its efforts at solving logistics issues faced by the EBA member companies and unites a number of leading transport and forwarding companies as well as companies consuming services of transport and forwarding companies.
All EBA members interested in this activity are very welcome to join the Group.
The EBA Logistics Working Group holds its meetings on ad-hoc basis.

EBA Regulatory Affairs Committee
was held at the EBA head office in Kyiv featuring guest speaker Ms. Kseniya Lyapina, Deputy Had of Parliamentary Committee on Regulatory Affairs and Entrepreneurship. Committee Members focused their attention on technical regulation issues and the Draft Law on State Market Control.

EBA Tax Committee
convened at the EBA Kyiv-based office. This time the Committee members focused their attention on preparation of the ad-hoc meeting to discuss tax system reform. Just to recap, the idea of arranging this meeting was talked over by the Tax Committee members previously.
